About VIT University
VIT is known as the Vellore Institute of Technology/ Vellore Engineering College which is a Private Deemed University/College located on the outskirts of Vellore, Tamil Nadu. The College was founded in the year 1984 and offers 20 Undergraduate, 34 Post Graduate, and Four Integrated and Non-Integrated Programs. - For VIT Bhopal and Vellore, the caution deposit amount is Rs 2000 (for 1st year) only and for VIT-AP, the caution deposit is Rs 3000 (for 1st year only).

NOTE:
• The qualifying marks is relaxed by 10 % i.e. 50% in Overall Aggregate for applicants belonging to SC/ST and applicants hailing from Jammu & Kashmir and the North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura.
• Applicants belonging to SC/ST category must fill in the proforma as given in Appendix-II and have it attested by a competent authority (The list of authorities empowered for the same is given in Appendix-II.)
• Applicants hailing from Jammu & Kashmir and the North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura. They should fill in the Nativity Certificate given in Appendix-I.
• Applicants from NIOS / Correspondence mode are not eligible to apply.

VITEEE Scholarship Under “GV School Development Programme” (GVDSP)
The Toppers of Class 12th Board Exam who have qualified VITEEE 2022 will be offered scholarships under the GV School Development Programme (GVDSP) of VIT University. The scholarship pattern of the Examination is as follows-

How to Pay VITEEE 2022 Fees?
The VITEE 2022 Admission Fees can be paid in two parts – in Counselling and after the counselling. The procedure to make the payment of the Admission Fees is as follows-
- During Counselling – At the counselling, if a candidate is selected then he/she has to pay Rs 50, 000/- as confirming the seat and the acceptance of the branch allotted during counselling. The amount includes Rs 12,000 (GST included), counselling processing fees (Non-Refundable). This will be adjusted in the Tuition Fees once the candidate joins the University
- After Counselling- After the confirmation of the fees, the balance amount is paid after the completion of the counselling process within a stipulated time.
VIT Hostel Fee Structure 2022
Candidates who are interested to take a Hostel Accommodation has to pay a Cross-Checked Demand Draft of Rs 21, 000/- out of Rs 1200/- is the Hostel Admission Processing Fees is Non-Refundable. Students have to mention their choice of bed (two bedded/three-bedded etc.) This has to be filled in the Online Counselling Form. The Hostel Accommodation Form will be made according to the availability of the accommodation.
