How to Make Fruit Kabobs
To make rainbow fruit kabobs, start by washing and cutting the fruits into bite-sized pieces. Then, assemble the fruit onto the skewers in rainbow order, starting with red fruits (strawberries or raspberries), followed by orange fruits (oranges or mango), yellow fruits ( pineapple or bananas), green fruits ( kiwi or honeydew melon), blue fruits (blueberries), and finally purple fruits (black grapes or blackberries).
Once the fruit is on the skewers, the kabobs can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve. We love to serve it with our favorite fruit dip.

Rainbow fruit kabobs are a fun and festive way to eat fruit and a great source of vitamins and minerals for adults and kids!
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 medium orange
- 1 cup pineapple
- 2 medium kiwi
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 cup black grapes
Cut strawberries, oranges, pineapple, and kiwi into large chunks.
Using skewers, make a rainbow of colors with all the fruit.
Serve with your favorite fruit dip. Enjoy!
