The Procedure Of JET Agriculture Counselling 2022
MPUAT Authority will conduct Rajasthan JET 2022 counselling for all the qualifying candidates. The counselling will consist of a stepwise procedure and each step must be fulfilled by the candidate to be eligible for admission. The procedure of JET Agriculture Counselling 2022 is written here.
Step 1 – Payment of Fees
Candidates who are shortlisted for the counselling process need to pay a required fee of Rs. 5,000. Without this payment, applicants will not be allowed to take part in the Counselling process. Payment will be accepted only via online mode through Net Banking, Credit card, or Debit card.
Step 2 – Filling of Online Option Form
After the fee payment, the applicants can proceed to the next step of Rajasthan JET Counselling 2022. In this step, aspirants have to fill the online option form in which they have to select the preferred choice of the colleges and courses. These choices must be in order or priority. The admission authority advises the candidate to fill a maximum number of choices in order to have higher chance of getting admission.
Step 3 – Allotment of Seats
The concerned authority will allot seats to candidates on the basis of rank secured by the candidate in the exam, choices filled, and availability of seats. If candidates are content with the seat allotment, then they need to confirm those seats.
Step 4 – Verification of Documents
Once, all the aspirants confirm the allotted seats, they need to reach the allotted venues for verification of documents. Candidates must carry all their original documents as well as hard copies of them for verification purposes.
Step 5 – Reporting at the specified college
Applicants need to report to the specified colleges on the given date and time for completing the further admission formalities.
