Thinking of PV for new year’s eve this year – I’ve done a previous NYE in Cabo, how would you compare the two? Friends of mine have been to PV 5+ years ago and told us that it’s a little quiet and not too fun if you’re not there with a group. Would love to hear your thoughts!
