When the COVID-19 pandemic broke out, comedian, podcaster and roastmaster Nikki Glaser made the difficult choice to take a break from the Hollywood scene and move back to her hometown of St. Louis to be with her parents.
Camera crews followed Glaser to capture all her embarrassment and merriment for the E! comedy/reality series Welcome Home Nikki Glaser? While she struggled to keep her career going from afar and maintain some kind of a love life, Glaser also got her family in on the act. She helped her dad serenade residents of a retirement community, and had her parents be the house band when she was guest host of Jimmy Kimmel Live!

“I am so deeply honored to be on this network that really introduced me to some of my biggest comedic influences: Chelsea Handler, Joel McHale, the ‘before’ faces on Botched,” Glaser says. “I now join the pantheon of famous families, meme-able moments and red carpet celebrations that E! has brought us year after year. And honestly, I couldn’t be prouder.”
Welcome Home Nikki Glaser? premieres on E! Sunday, May 1, at 10pm ET/PT.
Some things I like (in no particular order): Sports, Star Wars, LEGO, beer, ‘The Simpsons’ Seasons 1-13, my family and the few friends who are not embarrassed to be seen with me. Why yes, I am very interested in how much you like ‘Alaskan Bush People.’ #LynxForLife
