A return for The Cheap Seats has seen it win its timeslot at 342,000 metro viewers, narrowly ahead of The Good Doctor‘s 324,000.

Nine’s debut of Matt Wright’s Wild Territory was 295,000.

Earlier The Voice drew 712,000 still ahead of Lego Masters (654,000), MasterChef Australia (498,000), 7:30 (434,000) and People’s Republic of Mallacoota (260,000).

Seven network again won Tuesday with 31.4% then Nine 28.4%, 10 18.2%, ABC 13.5% and SBS 8.5%.

Seven News was #1 at 985,000 / 972,000. The Chase was 551,000 / 353,000 then Home & Away (485,000) and The Rookie (160,000).

Nine News (900,000 / 865,000) was best for Nine. A Current Affair led at 677,000 then Hot Seat (418,000 / 272,000). Nine News Late was 175,000.

The Project drew 419,000 / 245,000 for 10. 10 News First was 297,000 / 203,000. An NCIS repeat was 132,000.

ABC News pulled 596,000. Tiny Oz (202,000), The Drum (154,000) and Dinosaurs Of The Frozen Continent (138,000) followed.

On SBS it was Great British Railway Journeys (172,000), SBS World News (166,000 / 142,000), Insight (154,000), Dateline (93,000), Mastermind (83,000) and The Feed just 37,000.

Outback Truckers on 7mate led multichannels at 135,000.

In Total TV viewers last Tuesday The Rookie rose 71% to 420,000.
