Real Madrid will be riding high this weekend after their 4-1 win over Chelsea in the Champions League quarter-finals in midweek.

However, Carlo Ancelotti will be well aware of the need to not only rotate his squad of stars but do so with slipping up against Getafe on Saturday.

In defence, the Madrid manager will be without left-back Ferland Mendy, so Nacho is likely to fill in on the left, while Dani Carvajal takes up his spot on the right and a defensive duo of David Alaba and Eder Militao remain in the centre.

In midfield there’s little doubt that Ancelotti will rotate out Toni Kroos and Luka Modric following their heroics at Stamford Bridge and bring in the fresh legs of Federico Valverde and Eduardo Camavinga to play alongside Casemiro.

Luka Jovic and Eden Hazard remain out of action with injuries so the Madrid manager may be forced to stick with a front three of Vinicius Jr, Marco Asensio and Karim Benzema for this La Liga clash.
