Cocoon by Sealy

The Cocoon Chill from Sealy is designed to work well with an adjustable bed frame, or a box spring, platform bed frame or slatted bed frame — according to the company, they all work as long as the slats are a minimum of 3 inches wide and a maximum of 4 inches apart. Does an adjustable base ruin your mattress?
