60 plus work permit renewal going on uninterrupted

The Public Authority for Manpower has confirmed that the renewal of expatriates above 60 years old without a university degree is going on without interruption following the controls and requirements outlined in the new decision No (156/2022).

PAM clarified this after the court of appeal ruling recently.

The sources explained that the current regulation includes 250 dinars for residence renewal and an irrevocable comprehensive health insurance policy issued by one of the qualified companies approved by the Insurance Regulatory Unit. There is only one amendment to the renewal procedures: the insurance companies don’t need to be listed on the stock market to enable them to issue documents.
