WBJEE Counselling 2022 online Registration, choice filling will be started in June 2022. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations (WBJEEB) conducts the counselling of WBJEE Engineering. Qualifying candidates have to appear in the counselling rounds. Also, only those candidates can sit for the counselling rounds who clear the WBJEE successfully. Candidates have to fill the choice of college & course in an order of preference. WBJEEB will conduct 3 counselling rounds. Also, JEE Main candidates can participate in WBJEE counselling.

In order to participate in the WBJEE counselling process, candidates must report to the given place. Seat Allotment will be done on the basis of the candidate’s rank and availability of seats. WBJEE Counselling Procedure 2022
Candidates must be familiar with the process of counselling. Below is the detailed process of WBJEE Counselling 2022.
Step 1: WBJEE Counselling Registration
The first step in the WBJEE counselling process is registration. Candidates must make sure to register with the correct details. The authority will not provide any time for corrections. Hence, carefully fill in the details. Also, there is only registration for all the rounds. The steps to register are given below.
- Head to the official website (wbjeeb.nic.in) of WBJEE
- Tap on the Counselling Registration link
- Then, click on the ‘New Candidate Registration’ option. A separate option will be given to JEE Main & WBJEE Candidates
- Candidates registering via WBJEE will have to provide their application number, date of birth, roll number, and name
- Also, JEE Main candidates also have to provide the same details
- Candidates registering via both the channels have to provide WBJEE as well as JEE Main details
- After entering the details, click on the Submit option
Step 2: WBJEE Counselling Fee Payment
After successful registration, candidates need to pay the counselling fee. The payment of WBJEE counselling fees can be done in online mode (debit card/ credit card/ net banking). Candidates must note that the counselling fee is non-refundable. The WBJEE counselling fee is Rs. 500.
Step 3: WBJEE Counselling Filling & Locking of Choices
In this step, the registered candidates have to fill in their choices of college & courses. Candidates have to pick the choices in the order of preference. Editing of choices will only be allowed for a specific time. Hence, candidates must ensure that they fill and lock the choices. Also, if the candidate fails to lock the choices, then the system will automatically lock the last saved choices. It is important to take a printout of the choices for future uses.
Step 4: WBJEE Counselling Allotment of Seats
In the 4th step, candidates will be given the seats on the basis of their choices, availability of seats, merit, etc. WBJEEB will conduct 3 allotment rounds. Also, candidates can check their allotment status by logging into their accounts using WBJEE Login. In order to download the seat allotment letter, candidates have to pay the seat acceptance fee via online or offline mode.
Step 5: WBJEE Counselling Verification of Documents
The selected candidates must report to the reporting centre with the necessary documents. Also, candidates have to pay the necessary fee as well. Check the list of documents that the candidates have to carry.

Step 6: WBJEE 2022 Reporting at Institute
Lastly, the candidates have to report to the given institute in order to confirm WBJEE 2022 admission. Candidates must carry the provisional allotment letter at the time of reporting. It is important to physically report at the Institute. Candidates who fail to reach the venue will ultimately fail to get admission.
