Saudi resumes in-person attendance for schools from third semester
In-person classes for all levels of school education, including kindergartens, will be resumed with the beginning of the third semester of the current academic year, the Ministry of Education has announced on Monday.

The precautionary measure of social distancing among students in classrooms and prayer halls as well as during co-curricular activities will be abolished while morning assembly sessions will be reinstated.
The ministry also instructed the implementation of the guideline updated by Weqaya for students above the age of 12. The ministry has also cancelled the operational models that had been approved by the ministry for the first and second semesters.
