I disagree with this article. Turtle Island should be a no go area. The beach is not particularly appealing. Its small i area, full of tourists and fag ends. Lagonas beach is much better suited for beaching. Give the turtles a chance and protect the island. I have seen many tourists simply ignoring the badly roped off areas, just to get up close to a marked nest. You cannot protect lagonas beach but you can isolate turtle Island. Give the turtles a safe haven.
