F1 Monaco GP FP3 LIVE: FP3 session will start shortly: Ferrari’s duo Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz continue to dominate after taking the 1-2 position in the FP2 session of the Monaco GP. Red Bull’s Sergio Perez took home the third position and is followed by Max Verstappen in the fourth spot. Mercedes were clearly outperformed after having a bad FP2 session. Charles Leclerc who took the FP1 in Monaco continued with his dominance in Monte Carlo after taking home the FP2 session as well. He was looking comfortable and confident as he drove his F1-75 challenger around the streets of Monaco.

He was followed by Carlos Sainz in the second position as Ferrari took the 1-2 spot in Monte Carlo. Red Bull’s Sergio Perez settled for the third position and was followed by Max Verstappen in the fourth position. Both the title contenders locked the first four positions after the FP2 session got concluded.
Lando Norris again had a great outing as he took the fifth position. McLaren will be really satisfied with their performances today and will look to make progress from here. Mercedes’ George Russell had to settle for sixth place as Pierre Gasly took home the seventh spot.
Fernando Alonso had a good day in the office as he took home the eighth spot. He was followed by Sebastian Vettel in the ninth spot as both the veterans looked comfortable driving on the track. Yuki Tsunoda had settled for a tenth-place finish overall.

Haas’ Kevin Magnussen had a great outing as he finished in the eleventh position after having a not-so-good race last time around in Barcelona. Lewis Hamilton was reeling behind in the twelfth position as Mercedes struggled overall today.
Valtteri Bottas after missing the FP1 session due to a gearbox issue took home the thirteenth spot and will look to build from here going into the FP3 session. Alex Albon had to settle for a fourteenth spot and was followed by Guanyu Zhou in the fifteenth position.
Aston Martin’s Lance Stroll took home the sixteenth spot and was followed by Mick Schumacher in the seventeenth position. Esteban Ocon while driving for Alpine was reeling behind in the eighteenth spot and was followed by Nicholas Latifi in the nineteenth position.
Last but not the least, Daniel Ricciardo crashed in the starting minutes of the FP2 session and was the only driver who retired from the session. In the process, he damaged his front wing but will look to have a strong outing tomorrow in the FP3 session.
