Like AVON and Jehovah’s Witnesses, MultiChoice Malawi has started to go door-to-door to try and sell DStv decoders as part of a selling direct approach, wearing blue DStv and yellow GOtv reflective vests.
MultiChoice Malawi has created what it calls a “Direct Sales Force” (DSF) agents service whose job it is so sell DStv decoders and GOtv decoders door-to-door in the country.
Zena Makunje, MultiChoice Mawali corporate affairs manager, says MultiChoice Malawi direct sales force agents are now working in the country’s northern, central and southern regions and will sell DStv decoders door-to-door, and help existing and potential DStv and GOtv subscribers will activating subscriptions, and showing people how the My DStv and My GOtv apps work.
“As a contributing business citizen, MultiChoice remains dedicated to enriching lives and growing hand in hand with our communities by upskilling our agents through our Sankha Wekha kiosks and creating jobs through our DSF initiative for powerful social upliftment”.
The direct sales agents wear blue DStv and yellow GOtv reflective vests.
MultiChoice Malawi currently has 152 agents and 58 accredited installers with service kiosks in the cities of Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu.
