Kuwait: Chalet rents skyrocket as 9 day holiday for Eid

As the Kuwait government announced nine days of holiday for Eid Al Fitr, the rent for private chalets increased to new highs. According to reports, the cost of some chalets in Kuwait during the Eid holidays reaches 1,500 KD for a week or up to 900 dinars for three days.

Even though many citizens and residents prefer to travel outside the country during the upcoming Eid holiday, the demand for chalets also increased dramatically during the holidays.

Chalet rental prices vary according to their location, proximity to the beach, the number of rooms, and the availability of a private swimming pool.
