One of the most anticipated matches on the Premier League calendar takes place on Tuesday evening as Liverpool host Manchester United at Anfield.
The Reds head into this one placed second in the Premier League, but could leapfrog Manchester City into the top spot should they defeat Man Utd, with Pep Guardiola’s side not playing until Wednesday.
Man Utd, meanwhile, are fresh off a 3-2 victory at home to Norwich in which Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick. It was a vital win in their pursuit of Champions League football as they are now three points off the top four.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has the luxury of a fully fit squad to choose from for this one, as Diogo Jota was the only injury doubt heading into the FA Cup semi-final win over Man City. The Portuguese ended up making an appearance off the bench, though.
Alisson will start in goal behind a back four of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joel Matip, Virgil van Dijk and Andy Robertson. Ibrahima Konate impressed against City and even got on the scoresheet again, but expect Matip to be restored to the starting XI.
Jordan Henderson was on the bench on Sunday, too, so he will likely come in alongside Fabinho and Thiago, with Naby Keita dropping out.
Klopp has a wealth of options in the final third now, but Roberto Firmino might get the nod for this one alongside Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah.
As for United, they have a number of injury issues to deal with. Currently, Luke Shaw, Edinson Cavani, Scott McTominay and Fred are all missing due to various problems.
One positive is that Raphael Varane might be passed fit to play, though he will be assessed closer to kick off.
David de Gea will continue in goal, with Diogo Dalot at right-back, Varane and Harry Maguire in the centre of defence and Alex Telles at left-back.
Paul Pogba was jeered by the United fans as he left the pitch against Norwich, and if Ralf Rangnick had more options he’d probably be dropped.
But, he’ll likely start in the midfield three.
Jesse Lingard might drop down to the bench for this one, with Nemanja Matic coming in to provide a little more steel, with Bruno Fernandes in midfield, too.
Ronaldo, Jadon Sancho and Anthony Elanga should retain their spots from the weekend.
