Kuwait: Six month outside exemption still valid
Residency of expatriates who remain outside the country for more than six months will not be canceled, except for domestic workers, local daily reported quoting Director General of the General Department of Relations and Security Media at the Ministry of Interior Brig Gen Tawheed Al-Kandari.

This decision was taken during the Covid pandemic as expatriates were stuck outside the country for more than six months.
According to latest report, the residency of domestic workers will be canceled if they stay more than six months outside.
