Bre Tiesi is sharing some very rare comments about her relationship with Nick Cannon.

The 30-year-old model – who is pregnant with the 41-year-old The Masked Singer host’s eighth child – gave a rare interview where she opened up about her “beautiful” relationship with Nick.

While speaking with E! New‘s Daily Pop, Bre said while “some people have their idea of conventional relationships and certain things,” she and Nick still “have a beautiful relationship [where] everything is so supportive and positive.”

Bre went on to say that while she and Nick haven’t dated exclusively for that long, they’ve been close for nearly a decade, and that even though they’ve both been in other relationships, she would “always come back” to Nick.

“Him and I have had our on-and-off for years,” Bre explained. “And I just respect and love who he is so much as a person, that when I thought about, ‘Do I want my son to be this person? Look at your characteristics, look at your personality, look at how you treat people…’ That’s what is so much more important to me than anything. And he treats me amazing, so that’s all I look at.”

Nick confirmed back in January that he and Bre are expecting a baby boy. This will be Bre‘s first child and Nick‘s eighth.

He shares 10-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan with ex-wife Mariah Carey, 5-year-old son Golden and 1-year-old daughter Powerful Queen with Brittany Bell, and 9-monh-old twin sons Zion and Zillion with Abby De La Rosa. His son Zen with Alyssa Scott died from brain cancer in December at 5-months-old.

Also in the interview, Bre said she’s concentrating on “my family [and] my relationship,” but she could see all of Nick‘s children coming “together” as adults.

She also added that she has a good relationship with Mariah, Brittany, and Abby.

“I feel like everybody is focused on their own family and their own situation,” Bre explained, “and we’re all very supportive and just respect that. Like, ‘That’s your family, this is ours and [if] you need anything, we’re here.’”

In another recent interview, Nick addressed whether or not he’ll have more kids.
