Kate Middleton has a Cinderella moment in a pretty ice blue gown while arriving for a dinner reception hosted by the Governor-General of the Bahamas, Cornelius A. Smith, at the Baha Mar Resort in Nassau, Bahamas, on Friday (March 25).

The 40-year-old Duchess of Cambridge joined husband Prince William for their final event during their Caribbean tour in celebration of The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

During the event, Prince William gave a speech and recognized the Caribbean nations wanting to becoming independent countries.

“With Jamaica celebrating 60 years of independence this year, and Belize celebrating 40 years of independence last year, I want to say this: We support with pride and respect your decisions about your future,” he said at the podium. “Relationships evolve. Friendship endures.”

Later on in his speech, William spoke of his hopes to bring his own children to The Bahamas.

“Catherine and I have been delighted to visit you here in The Bahamas this week, and to make so many new friends,” he said. “Two days is simply not long enough. We’ll just have to come back. Not least because our children will be as excited about snorkeling around the James Bond wreck as I was!”

Earlier in the day, Kate and William braved the rain for a few other events.

FYI: Kate wore a Phillipa Lepley dress.
